Seasonal Pre-Orders
Your pre-orders help us fund production for new Basewear designs, colors, and more! Our goal is to release one pre-order each season (Spring, Fall, Winter, and Summer), however this could be less frequent due to production delays.
Current Pre-Order (Updated: 9/8/25):
Our current pre-order is for the TOURA Leggings! This is our most requested design: the full extension of TOURA Short into a pants... and yes, of course there will be pockets!

Please only fill this form out once and don't make any edits! You will receive a copy of your order responses and an order confirmation to your email once the pre-order is run. From there, if there are any changes you would like to make, please just email us at orders@terakaia.com

How it Works
Step 1: Email Announcement
We announce the new product pre-order via email. Inside there will be a link to a Google Form to fill out your pre-order preferences.
Step 2: Opt Out Period
You have 2 weeks (sometimes longer) to fill out the google form. You can request a different size, add-on, swap, or opt-out. If we don’t hear from you on the form we will assume you are opting in for one new item in your size.
Step 3: Orders are Placed
You will see the order confirmation come through. This can take us several weeks to months because we run them all manually! If anything is wrong with your order just contact us at orders@terakaia.com so we can fix it for you.
Step 4: Production Begins
Using the funds and sizes collected from your pre-orders, we organize production with our factory to begin creating your Basewear. Production can take 1-3 months to complete. Timelines here are a bit out of our control, so please be patient! Basewear is cut, printed, and sewn by the hands of many people.
Step 5: Production Arrives & Orders Ship!
Once Basewear is shipped to our office we need 1-2 days to count and inventory everything. After that, we begin the fun but hectic process of shipping your orders! It can take 1-2 weeks for us to ship everything out.
Step 6: Exchange Period
You have 2 weeks to exchange or return your items if you need them. We will make sure sizes are set aside and we don’t run out for you. You can also exchange after this period - but at that point, the remaining inventory will not be on hold for members, so we can't guarantee we will still have your size.
